Harold Mann (born December 1, 1942) is an American swimmer and olympic champion. He competed at the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo, where he received a gold medal in 4 × 100 m medley relay. He also broke the world record in his portion of the relay, the 100m backstroke.[1]
